 Mental Health Spectrum

Just like physical health, mental health exists on a spectrum. You might be in excellent mental health, facing some challenges but still coping, or experiencing significant difficulties that impact your daily life. It's not a fixed state and can fluctuate over time.

Psychological First Aid (PFA)

PFA is:

Not professional counselling or therapy.

Not encouraging a detailed discussion of the event that caused distress.

Not asking someone to analyse what happened

Not pressuring someone for details on what happened.

Not pressuring people to share their feelings and reaction to an event.
